Monarch, Captive-Reared
Sightings report image

Date: 09/28/2024

Number: 1

Early morning release. His wings are developed but he's not interested in flying yet because it's drizzling. I placed him on the underside of the arborvitae, which is a good natural roost.

This is a male - note the gland spots on each wing plus the breeding hooks at his rear.
