The monarchs crossed Lake Erie in the late afternoon of September 24, 2024. Clouds and rain were a factor and they remained in roosts at Wendy Park, Cleveland, OH the next morning, September 25th. The temperatures were warm enough even though there were still rain showers periodically and it was cloudy so they were gone by the afternoon.
