Counted 36 monarchs at Rick Evans Grandview Prairie. We were able to tag 4 - most others were too far from the road to catch. The prairie is full of A. viridis and watched one female laying eggs. This monarch was enjoying one of the gayfeather flowers that was in full bloom.
