Beautiful Female monarch was found along our common milkweed in our back yard .

She must have pupated there and most likely pupa had fallen & after emerging wings compromised .

She is thin & starving . I mixed some organic honey / water mix and spooned over the blooms here.

She immediately began to drink aggressively ( poor thing )

We will continue to feed ...if the first monarch who I just posted ( deceased ) and wings were in better shape , we might have tried to transplant its wings .

She so wants to fly :(
