A second cold front overspread the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Regions,bringing cool to cold nights.This caused a sugar maple and black gum tree to start turning.The sugar maple was about 40% turned and the black gum was 20%.They were looking beautiful.A third cold front will be in place by Wednesday and could require that the heat be turned on.
