As a third cold front filters in,overspreading the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Regions with cool to cold nights,a smooth sumac sapling turned bright red in a Resource Management Zone.It was looking beautiful.The Frederick Planning Commission is holding a hearing on the Preliminary Plat/Final Site-Preliminary Forest Plan for this area on a date to be determined.
