Final visit by my resident female ruby throat, at 7:00 am this morning. She sat at the feeder for quite a while, then departed. This is the latest by far they've stayed; the previous record was Sept 22. I will keep the feeders out for a while yet, in case of late travellers. Sad to see them go.
