I observed a single Monarch around noon nectaring on tropical milkweed, tithonia and zinnias. It nectared for about 15 minute and then flew southward. It was very flighty and I was unable to get a photo. About 30 minutes later I saw this female in the garden. Possibly the same butterfly.
