Single, healthy looking Monarch butterfly was noticed flying between and just above vehicles at a busy intersection while traffic was stopped for a light. It just made it to the side of the road as traffic began to move. No obvious direction was observed as it had been going back and forth. It was a sunny day with temperatures around 70 degrees, but I forgot to notice wind direction other than wind being light and mild.
