No photo because I was watering with a hose at the time. A ruby throated hummingbird was nectaring on my zinnias, then perched on the garden fence for a while. It seemed to be enjoying a misty shower from the hose spray. When I moved the hose to a different direction, it wasn't long before the hummer flew off. I am reporting this on 10/5/24 based on my journal notes. This was my last hummingbird sighting of the season.
