Monarch PEAK Migration
Sightings report image

Date: 10/07/2024

Number: 2

After heavy rain and thunderstorms this morning, around 2:25 pm (66F, partial sun, 7mph winds) the sun came out and I was very lucky to see 2 monarchs flying over and briefly stopping to feed on blue mist flower in my garden. They interacted with each other for a moment, sipped nectar, then they both flew up high and disappeared from my view.
