Hello my name is Kevin Beare and I was at the Cape May Point Lighthouse Northeast viewing platform actually sharing a solar observation of the Sun with my telescope and I saw a ? perch. So I took some pics and saw the tag last night. Sorry blurry but you can see the number I believe.
