I brought potted milkweed plants in to my garage before Hurricane Helene came through. I saw 8 caterpillars, so I put them in the net with their plants, so they wouldn’t crawl around in my garage. Since Hurricane Milton was coming, I left all the plants and caterpillars in the garage. After the storm, I had 5 chrysalis and 3 caterpillars in a J in the net.
