There have been anywhere from four to six monarchs in the yard everyday this week. The abilia bushes are their favorite right now but they are still stopping on the frostweed.
All but one are very healthy looking.
I didn’t get tags this year so I’m not sure if they are passing through or staying for a few days.
The wind has been out of the south for several days. Yesterday was 6-14 mph.
