Hummingbird Sighting
Sightings report image

Date: 09/15/2024

Number: 35

Since 9/6/2024 we have had a flock of Ruby-throated hummingbirds swarming our (now) five feeders and finding some nectar flowers as well (35+). It is a daily daybreak till dusk zooming and trilling ~ quite wonderful! The feeders are emptied each day, so it is a job to clean and refill, but a joy to see this many sweet birds. Mostly females, but males too, and maybe juveniles.
