I saw the Rufous before dusk around 6:45 p.m last evening. Doing arials from desert willow tree looking out office window. Looks like he ran our last rubythroat out.

This nnorning 7:45 a m. He chased a Carolina Wren off feeder and sat watching on bottle tree birds- in photo.

He does nectar from plants, that of Mexican honeysuckle, butterfly weed, purple gurantica. He went to disk feeder that the rubythroat went to in now 48 degrees
