Tulips PLANTED
Sightings report image

Date: 10/29/2024

Number: 45

Our kindergartens from last year dug up their tulip test garden tulips in June. We stored them until now. Some of the bulbs are big and some are small. Today is unseasonably warm in Burnsville, Minnesota. It was 76 degrees. Snow and rain is predicted for tomorrow. We weeded our three raised beds and planted about 45 Red Emperor bulbs. We hope we planted them deep enough. 8 inches is a lot of digging. We used tree sticks to mark where we planted each bulb.
