On the evening of Oct 30 heard two distinct flights of geese flying over

This morning, Nov 1, heard a flight of Cranes overhead. These are the first since this past Spring.

Normally the Cranes and Geese will overwinter in this area as long as the weather is good.

Scissortails arrived in the area within the past week, about right on time. They normally pass through and go further south.
