Male Monarch sighted about 11:00am. As I write this he is still visiting. Within the last couple weeks I’ve reported a sighting, but this is the first photo(s) I’ve been able to get. This is the third fall period that I’ve had Monarchs in my yard. I have a section of large red zinnias that I’ve kept specifically for pollinators this late in the season. As I write this the Monarch is still visiting these zinnias. I also have three varieties of milkweed, lantana, & Gregg’s mistflower. I believe there may be a second Monarch in the area. Sighted briefly on other side of my fence. Once confirmed I will submit report.
