Four monarch chrysalises hatched (3 males and 1 female) in our garden this morning. Over the course of the previous week, 6 additional monarchs hatched in our garden, although we didn’t witness them actually emerging from their chrysalises, so we aren’t sure about exact dates. Two other chrysalises we found in our garden during the past few weeks did not survive.
