In Hospital Canyon, Fort Davis National Historic Site. Adult male black-chinned hummingbird, first hummingbird of any species seen by us (Pamela Pipes and me) in this county this year. Perched on a dormant tree limb, then flew after a few minutes. No photo, but adult male so easily identifiable.
