This is the most adults I've seen at once all season. The Liatris aspera is beginning to bloom and was the nectar source of choice, but no one could eat in peace. I believe a female was trying to eat, but then literally got tackled to the ground. Then another male tackled both! Within a minute they all were flying around again.
