Saw a roosting Monarch in the yard so I went to check our prairie remnant with trees. Saw roosts of 5,5 20,30 and 30. There were 28 roosting on dead twigs in small groups also. Lots of blooms including prairie and meadow blazing star and goldenrod. Did see a fair number just milling around the remnant as well.
