We have had nearly nonstop "Humming-boys" all day today. They are all getting really round. Literally there are males on the feeder every 30 seconds, along with the occasional combat. There is also nectaring at the fuscia, usually after a long drink at the feeder, as if it is dessert. It's hard to actually tell how many individuals, but I notice some new birds today who were not part of the feeding earlier this week.
