of Main Park Road, a short distance from the HREF="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/gps-cs-s/

>park entrance.  The staff here can help direct you to places in the
park where you may be most likely in the late summer to find Monarch eggs,
larvae, chrysalises, and butterflies.  The Park Naturalists also
occasionally offer programs that involve Monarchs (e.g. the " HREF="https://www.centredoutdoors.org/event-details/bald-eagle-state-park-guided
-outings-2025-08-10-11-00">Butterfly Hike" and " HREF="https://events.dcnr.pa.gov/event/marvelous-monarchs-3329">Marvelous
Monarchs").  From here, your next stop will probably be at the
beginning of the " HREF="https://trails.dcnr.pa.gov/trails/trail/trailview?trailkey=279">Butterfly
Trail".
