4 ruby-throated hummingbirds have been chasing each other around the yard today and yesterday. Have 1 adult female, an immature male, and a juvenile. A male, either a very young adult or immature with almost a full ruby throat, turned up yesterday. Haven't been able to get a picture. Still hoping for more ruby-throats to show up. The ash tree branch in the picture is a favored perch for many of the hummers that have passed through.
