Hummingbird Sighting
Sightings report image

Date: 09/25/2025

Number: 3

We have a new female adult ruby-throated hummingbird on the block. She seems to have just shown up today and knows what a nectar feeder is. The other 2 seem not to. Lots of feeding again at black-and-blue salvias and cigar flowers along with insects. The newly arrived RTHB fed several times this evening at a couple nectar feeders. Evening feeding cutoff remained the same as yesterday, 7:13 p.m. cdt.
