Hummingbird Sighting
Sightings report image

Date: 09/20/2025

Number: 1

The littlest one from august was last to leave as today was the last regular sighting. We were changing nectar daily in the couple weeks leading up to departure mostly to keep it as fresh as can be and very reliable for them to load up on for the journey. Year Started off with returning male that had same mannerisms of prior year. the window feeder didn't get action until mid season then a big hit til the end. after male left 3rd week august, 3 were routinely at that feeder usually traveling together. those 3 juveniles have some good roots here, interested to see hoe the next year shapes up
