We have had several juveniles & females for the last week. We started with just two feeders, but purchased 2 more to reduce the competition. There are at least 5 here this morning, possibly more. One male appears to be molting and has his bow-tie. They aren’t emptying the feeders—we’ve changed out the nectar every 72 hours.
In addition to the feeders, they are nectaring from 3 of our large planters that have fuchsia, white velvet, and salvia.
