Sightings report image

Date: 10/09/2025

Number: 1

My neighbor, Michelle, saw this migrating female on the evening of Oct. 8th at 6:25pm. She was able to get a picture.
It floated down to the feeder and lingered sipping nectar for at least 7 minutes.
She was back this morning at 7am. and drank several times until 8am. It was 48 degrees this morning with the winds out of the NE at 9mph. Definitely a perfect day for migrating to her next haven. God speed little one.
