Monarch PEAK Migration
Sightings report image

Date: 10/09/2025

Number: 8

We had a good rain 10/7/25, after a very dry period, with winds from the north.
Today my flower garden is full of butterflies, honey bees, bumblebees, and other pollinators!
Every patch of Cowpen daisies had Monarchs on it, as well as the Gregg's mistflower. I counted at least 8 Monarchs.

Other butterflies: Red Admiral, 3 or 4 types of Skippers, Border Patch, American Ladies, Queens, Pearl Crescent, Cloudless Sulfur, and even a few Dragonflies!
