Yesterday we had 6 chrysalises in our garden, this morning 5 with one ready to open, possibly today but it is cloudy, cool and very windy. We still have lots of flowers in our garden, and in the wild lots of purple asters blooming. Fingers crossed.
Our first monarch had arrived July 2 and we have had lots all season. We have 3 monarch waystations on our property.
