Just saw adult male Rufous today 7:20 a.m outback. Nothing came to perch around kitchen feeder, I think so far male, bc he's molting a lot. He was zooming and doing loops in and out of leaves in River birch tree. Flying high up out of tree. Then nectaring on Hamelias only.
He's a good looking orange fearherd Rufous you can see when flying around. I wish I could get a photo of him.
