Clouds of HUNDREDS on/flying around my Tithonia gardens all day yesterday and today!
Every time I bumped/cut the stem of a spent flower to give them easier access to the newly opened blooms, the disturbed/startled butterflies enveloped me in a cloud!!! This is the BIGGEST population I've seen in my nine years of tending my Monarch waystation!!!
