Last night got to 40°, with a strong northerly cold front. Surprisingly, I could still count at least 5 Monarchs feeding on just one patch of Cowpen Daisies. My backyard has 6+ large stands of Cowpen Daisies.
Temp is 70° as I count butterflies at 4 pm, watching for about 1 hour.
Also nectaring are Bumblebees, Yelliw Sulfurs, Bordered Patch, Queens, American Ladies, small Fritillaries, Skippers, 2 or 3 species, and maybe a Pearl Crescent.
No wind today.
