At Monarch Waystation #26845, the first Monarch butterfly for the the Fall 2025 migration season, was spotted this morning. There is an 8' x 16" patch of Mistflower here but after 45 days of no rain, the plants were just trying to stay alive. Just received 1.5 inches of rain though, which has helped the plants perk back up. Blossoms will be several more days from opening though. This Monarch found the only teeny blossom in the area.
