Robin (WAVE seen)

Date: 02/06/1997

Number: 1

Have been seeing large flocks of migrating robins for the last 3 weeks, usually groups of 50 or more, flying from tree to tree and eating camphor berries. The camelias, azaleas, redbuds and dogwoods are already blooming. The weather has been unusually warm and the pollen is terrible (ahchoo!) The sandhill cranes have started heading north in large groups (10-50 birds)
