We planted 25 Fosteriana tulips on January 6, 1997 at Big A Elementary, Toccoa, Ga.They were planted 6" deep and about 4"-6" apart. They were planted in red clay soil. We are 35 miles from Clemson S.C. and about 35 miles from Franklin, N.C.
