We planted our Red Emperor tulip bulbs on Wednesday, November 20. It was a sunny but chilly day. Our tulip bulbs are planted behind our school in our courtyard. We think the bulbs will bloom in mid April because the temperatures are warmer then. April is also a Spring month. It rains a lot in April, and tulips need rain to grow. Other flowers begin to bloom then too. The frozen soil will then be thawed.
