We planted 24 tulips on Sept. 25. A blanket of snow has covered our garden for 4 days. The snow melted and we have 14 tulips that have emerged! The tallest is 6cm and some are just barely poking out of the ground. It is a little early for tulips in Southern Colorado but our garden is near the building and has a very sunny southern exposure.
