We have robins around all winter in Greeley, Colorado. Someone said in January, "Oh, these are Canadian robins. But they will soon leave." So far, they are still here. One summer I had robins feeding in a mulberry tree on our farm, and one young robin (still spotted) ate so many mulberries that he fell off the branch! The mother robin watched over him for quite a long time, and my kids kept >the cat away. Later, he flew back into the tree and began eating again! >We often wondered if the robins ever got drunk on all the ripe mulberries! >Happy Spring!! >
