Cardiff School (San Diego County) is happy to report that our first bloom is here. We have 2 more ready to bloom in the next few days. Our tulips are in partial shade with temperatures averaging 67 degrees daytime, 38 degrees night time. Once great part of this project is the beauty it provides for our old 50 year old site.
