I was outside yesterday and heard the familiar sound of a robin and looked up in a tree nearby and saw a single robin. That evening we got another six inches of snow on top of the several feet remaining on the ground. I hope they find something to eat. The maple sap is running and there is a slight greenish haze around the poplar trees, but so much snow still.
