Canada Geese returned to our area one week ago, 03/27/97 to frozen ponds and much snow and ice! They are now much happier in finding some feed in the snow melting fields and ponds. However, the weather is not the best with temps. droping to -10 C at night. We hope this won't last long and that the geese can find shelter in the night. I have seen some in the mornings that seem to be stuck in the remaining snow close to the ponds.
