In responce the monarch sightings. We have been seeing them in Clemson (upper western corner) of South Carolina for about 10 days. Today (breezy, sunny and 75 F) I have seen four. Most, but not all are not beat up in appearance. I have not captured any, but my general entomology students have. There are both males and females flying here. Anyone have an idea about where they are coming from? Joseph D. Culin
