I was riding in a car on Interstate 85, in North Carolina, exactly on the Vance County/Durham County line when I saw a Bald Eagle in flight, being harrassed by other birds (crows?). My husband agreed with the I.D., and we feel that we know Bald Eagles, since we lived in S.E. Alaska five years. I had no idea that there were Bald Eagles in this area!
