Well my long weekend in NJ started with 2 days of gale force winds :-( The storm finally broke on Sunday (April, 20th) and I saw 1 monarch in Avalon, NJ. I was at a heron rookerie and only got a glimpse of the monarch that my brother-in-law Curt spotted.
