Dear Spring Watchers, I saw a hummingbird on Saturday the 10th of May and another on Mother's Day, May 11. I'm unsure of what species they were but according to my teacher, the first hummers to get here are Rufous Hummingbirds followed by the Calliope Hummingbird. It was a greenish color which means it may be a Rufous female. It was sighted near current bushes at my house.
