Mrs. Lemon, who is helping the hummingbird group in Mr. Phillips's third grade class and Mr. and Mrs. Stone, also teachers at Kanawha School, both spotted hummingbirds during the afternoon of May 3, 1997. Mrs. Lemon spotted two at around 4:00 pm. Submitted by Brittany Bunner of the hummingbird group.
