Our tulips finally emerged on May 15 in Moncton N.B. (lat.46'N long. 65"W) We saw five and they are between 3 to 5 cm high. Yesterday it was very nice and the temperature hit a high of 20 degrees Celsius.(68 degrees F) Today it is raining very hard. Temperature is still about 15 Celsius.
